Key Responsibilities
The postholder will support the effective and efficient teaching and learning in Design Technology and other practical subjects through the provision of technical and other support
Duties
- Provide a technical support service to the Technology and Art Departments.
- Checking the maintenance machinery, tools, components and accessories including determining maintenance schedules and keeping appropriate records in the teaching spaces used by the department.
- To carry out repairs where appropriate, arranging for maintenance and repairs to be carried out where required and reporting defects in the Premises to the Premises Manager.
