Do you have experience of, and enthusiasm for, working with children in Nursery and/or Reception? We want to appoint a well-qualified and experienced Early Years Educator (EYE) to join our team.
This challenging and varied role is ideal for anyone hoping to make a positive impact on the lives of children by supporting the class teacher to provide a stimulating learning environment. If you are have the skills and experience to build constructive relationships and work proactively with children to improve outcomes, this opportunity could be perfect for you. The successful applicant will join a talented and hardworking staff team, supported by a Headteacher and Governors who are committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and professional growth.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a real belief in inclusivity and the fact that all children can be supported to be successful
- Be passionate about improving children’s’ outcomes
- Be able to work as part of a team to identify and plan the support needed to address issues and prevent problems from escalating
- Be good at establishing positive and constructive relationships with pupils and families
- Have flexibility, resilience, adaptability and commitment to work as part of a team
- Be a great communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Have experience of maintaining accurate and up-to-date observations
