All schools are geographically close and staff work together across the Trust to improve outcomes for all children in our family of schools. Our vision and values drive the way we work.

The Trust will support this through a comprehensive training and development offer working towards every member of staff achieving 100 hours of CPD each cycle – this could include direct training (internal and external), learning walks/school visits (within and outside of the Trust), peer to peer learning & support, coaching, mentoring and review and use of educational research.

As proof of our commitment to staff retention and development, we offer generous terms and conditions of employment, a positive working environment with supportive and friendly leadership, and encourage our staff to maintain a positive work-life balance.
