Little Mead Primary Academy are looking to recruit a passionate educator who is keen to learn and shape your craft with us. Your practice will be research informed and reflective. You will have exemplary communication skills that will allow you to work in a partnership with colleagues, parents and the local community to make learning engaging, stimulating and fun for our children and families.

The role is part-time, and the working hours will be Wednesday afternoon (shared PPA time, staff meeting), all-day Thursday and all-day Friday (0.5FTE).

The successful candidate will work with a class of 30 mixed-ability pupils, including children with SEND needs. They will work closely with their partner teacher to enable all children to reach their potential. The successful candidate will be resilient, flexible and open to developing their own teaching practice and work as part of a team.
