Trainer Assessor. Re-engagement. Part Time. 14.8 hours per week. Term time only. 36 weeks per year. Maternity Cover. 

We are looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic trainer to deliver the Personal Development aspect of our curriculum in Launch Pad. 

Ideally the trainer will need to have recent relevant experience of delivering Personal Development topics and College Induction to 14-19 year old’s.  You will be expected to deliver innovative sessions that motivate some of the most disadvantaged and disengaged young students. 

This post is ideal for a Learning Coach looking for additional hours or extra experience.  

Our cohort of student is specifically with us to refine those softer skills, such as healthy relationships, money management, self-awareness, confidence, and resilience enabling them to become good citizens who are ready for the next stages of young adulthood.  

Candidates will be expected to attend ongoing training and development activities to maintain competence in teaching practice and the subject area such as CPD.    

Candidates will need a Level 2 in English and Maths alongside a Level 3 vocational qualification.
