We have a new opportunity for a Student Experience & Pastoral Coach (maternity cover) to join our team on a fixed term basis to 31st July 2023, and work alongside specific academies to identify students in need of pastoral support. Working directly with our students and their families, you will be seeking to establish and implement Pastoral Support, with a specific focus on attendance and behaviours. The successful candidates will monitor and review Pastoral Support and report on progress to the Student Experience and Pastoral Lead on a regular basis.

You will develop and deliver a range of extracurricular activities which develop students’ social skills, enabling our students to discover their character. You will help to create a student community and encourage and support student-driven initiatives, resulting in an innovative and high-quality student experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and vibrant team within the College, and you will see first-hand the positive impact you make on the lives of our students! If you do not currently hold a Level 3 qualification in coaching and/or mentoring, we will support you to achieve this additional qualification, which is a requirement of the role.

If this role sounds interesting, the full job description and application link can be found below. If you have any questions and/or would like an informal chat, please get in touch.
