Are you passionate about teaching and the impact sport and education can have on people’s lives?

If so, we’re looking for you!

We would like to hear from applicants with relevant industry experience who will excel within our high-quality facilities on our green belt campus. You will have the ability to teach both practical and theoretical aspects through classroom-based teaching as well as practical skills development across our Sports facilities. You will be required to work as part of a motivated and dedicated team committed to students’ well-being and achievement.

Nescot has a long and proud history of teaching young people who want to enter the sports industry or pursue higher education in a sports discipline. A rare opportunity has arisen for an exemplary individual to join our dedicated and talented team.

Successful candidates should have previous experience delivering vocational programmes such as Sports and Exercise Science and Sport, Fitness & Personal Training, to young people at levels 1 to 3. You may also have the opportunity to deliver on our higher education provision, comprising of HND in Sport Science (L4/L5) and Sports Therapy (L6).

Our students benefit from an excellent range of Sports and fitness facilities, which many of our staff also make the most of. These include a multi-use games area; extensive grass pitches; fully equipped gym; full-size sports hall and a state of the art high/low ropes course.

The ability to inspire students to reach their full potential and a commitment to the provision of high-quality teaching and learning are essential.

Candidates should be innovative and pro-active in their approach to working with students and have a commitment to further training and development as new initiatives evolve.
