We are looking to recruit to our bank of Assessors for a Counselling Skills online programme offered by the College.
Sparsholt College delivers a suite of NCFE Level 2 online courses where learners answer questions and submit them via an online portal. This role involves assessing work submitted and providing feedback to learners via the Learning Curve software. Occasional attendance at Standardisation meetings will also be required. The expectation would be that the person would be using their own IT device.
The successful applicant will need to have an A1 qualification, or willingness to attain. They will also need to have a minimum level 4 qualification or be qualified to assess courses through having an occupational competency.
There are no set hours. Hours are dependent upon the number of learners enrolling onto courses but assessors are expected to assess all learners’ work within 10 days of submission. The majority of the assessing could be carried out off-campus.
