Meadhurst Primary School is a friendly school, based in Ashford Common Middlesex, and prides itself on offering a caring nurturing, inclusive provision where children can make progress, achieve well and develop their own unique skills and talents. Meadhurst is a three form entry primary school and also provides access and support for pupils with a full range of Special Educational Needs that one would expect to find in an inclusive mainstream primary school, with a designated Speech, Language and Communication Centre which caters for up 20 pupils. 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior teaching assistant to join the team at Meadhurst Primary School. This role will be 36hours a week, 8.30am - 4pm, with a 30minute lunch break, term time only. The role supports the teacher in their responsibility for the development and education of young people. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a commitment to helping.

  The post holder will provide specialised support /interventions for individuals or groups. This may include leading on a specific allocated intervention.

Plan and organise own work and work of other members of the team (where appropriate) to meet given priorities.

Adhere to established processes, standards of service delivery and use of equipment to support any associated regulatory or technical compliance requirements.

Receive and respond to everyday enquiries from customers to provide a timely, courteous and efficient service.
