Are you looking for a new and interesting role? Are you highly organised? We are looking for a Senior Learning Centre Assistant to join Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Aylesbury Campus. This role is 37hours per week / 52 weeks per year

The overall requirement of the Senior Learning Centre Assistant is to support staff and students to make the best use of the wide range of resources available in the Learning Centres, to co-ordinate the administration of the college’s UCAS portal and to deputise for the Learning Centres and Digital Skills Team Leaders when required. You will based at our Aylesbury Campus, however, regular travel to other campus will be required.

The successful candidate will be required to have:

  • Sound experience in a library or customer facing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.
  • An interest in and an enthusiasm for books and reading, information delivery and virtual services.
  • Experience of working with people of all ages and ability levels.
