We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to help expand the College’s HR provision. You will be looking for a new challenge, progression or a sideways move to work in an environment that supports your personal and professional development. Reporting to the Head of HR you will work as part of a busy, professional team driving the HR provision forward at a time of organisational growth and innovation. As a Senior HR Adviser you will play a pivotal role in advising and supporting managers on people related issues and delivering people annual life cycle activities related to performance, talent and reward as well as taking the lead on project work across a variety of HR related areas. This role is offered on a full time (37 hours per week), all year-round basis.
