Actual salary range £14,579 - £15,114

St Anthony’s VCA require a dedicated professional to join our enthusiastic team supporting children with SEND. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils in their learning and emotional development.
The successful candidate will be able to inspire, motivate and engage children in the learning process. They will have a good understanding of different learning behaviors and be a model of patience and positivity. They must be committed to work as part of a team and be willing to participate fully in ensuring inclusion of all children.
The successful candidate will be expected to live out our core mission in all aspects of their practice, making a positive contribution to the Catholic ethos of our school, however you do not need to be a practicing Catholic. It is essential that the candidate has the knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
We are looking to appoint someone who:

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working within a supportive team
- Is able to positively promote inclusion and have high expectation for all children
- Is confident working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with who need extra support to access and enjoy learning at their level.
