Rosebery School are looking for a Reprographics Officer to join their Friendly and Supportive Communications team.

Your opportunity

Reporting to the Communications and Digital Media Manager you will be responsible for producing professional standard electronic and hard copy documents for staff, students and parents. You will have good communication and organisational skills, patience and a sense of humour. You will need the ability to adapt to changing situations and have an understanding of the challenges of working in an education setting. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential for the role. Previous experience of working in a school would be an advantage but is not essential.

  • Have previous experience in a similar role and/or working in a busy administrative environment.
  • Be able to prioritise and organise your work to tight and changing deadlines.
  • Have a desire to work in an educational environment and an awareness and appreciation of safeguarding regulations.

The Details

Start Date: November 2022

Salary: GLF Associate 2 £18,000 - £21,100 FTE

Pro-rata salary: £12,353 - £14,412

Hours of work: 28 hours a week, 40 weeks a year (term time plus 1 week)
