This is a non-teaching role but having teaching experience may be an advantage to deliver PSHE sessions.
Reporting to our Student Services Manager, the college is seeking a Progress Support Tutor to form part of our Student services Team.
The college is looking for individuals who are committed to holistic approaches to support students' academic and personal development.
The successful candidates will also be responsible for supporting and monitoring attendance, behaviour and engagement programmes to support the academic progress of approximately 200 students organised into two-hour registered sessions a week.
The college is looking for a candidate that has excellent interpersonal and communication skills that can work under pressure, be a team member but is also confident working independently with our students, staff and parents.
This is a challenging position but one that is highly rewarding for the right candidate.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
