The Chalklands Cluster of GLF Schools is looking to appoint a reliable and efficient Premises Assistant to help maintain its 5 school sites in the Croydon and Caterham area. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing Academy Trust and work across 5 excellent schools.

Chalklands is a cluster of 5 primary schools consisting of Chestnut Park Primary School, Hillcroft Primary School, Marden Lodge Primary School, Warlingham Village Primary School and Whyteleafe Primary School. What we are looking for

To provide reliable and effective premises, caretaking and compliance, and specialist Curriculum services for GLF Schools as part of the regional premises team, working primarily across our schools in the Chalklands Cluster. Based initially at Chestnut Park Primary School.

· Have a friendly and positive can-do attitude

· Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team

· Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Have good organisational and communication skills

· Have experience in DIY / practical skills

· Be able to keep thorough health & safety records

· Be confident in using email and other online systems

· Be a confident and clear communicator

· Good organisational skills

· Flexible

· Good time management

· Holds a full driving licence

· A willingness for further training

School: Chalklands Cluster

Location: Chestnut Park Primary School, 49 St James Road, Croydon, CR0 2UR

Contract Term: Permanent

Salary: GLF Associate 3

Range: £21,800 - £25,350

Hours: Full Time - 36 hours per week over 52 weeks per year; Monday to Friday; daily hours for scheduling work between 7am to 6pm.
