Part-Time Lecturer - ESOL

Salary: £15.85 - £23.84 per hour

Due to a significant increase in demand in Swindon our ESOL department is growing. We are working in close partnership with Swindon Borough Council, Wiltshire Council and The Harbour Project to work with young people and adults who want to develop their English language skills. We are currently working with refugees and migrants from all corners of the world. In particular, we are supporting refugees from Afghanistan and Ukraine.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with young people (14-19) on our tailored ESOL courses for young people, you will help learners develop their English, maths and digital skills. Alongside this, you will support learners pastorally and with developing their skills to live and work in the UK.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with our adult ESOL learners helping them to develop their skills in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
