Great Bookham School is looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner to work within our new nursery provision
NVQ in Childcare & Education Level 2 or 3 Essential
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, team player with experience of working within a nursery setting. The position requires good interpersonal skills and a strong desire to develop and support children in all areas of school life.
The role will be:
1. to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the setting.
2. To give support to their staff within the setting.
3. To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
4. To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
Contract: Monday - Friday, term time only. Hours of work to be discussed
Salary: FTE £19,313
Great Bookham School is part of South Farnham Educational Trust - A primary multi-academy trust which currently consists of six schools, South Farnham School, Highfield South Farnham School, The Raleigh School, Busbridge Infant School< Great Bookham School & Wallace Fields Infant & Nursery School. We also have an associate member of the Trust - St Mary's C of E (Aided) Infant School.
