MIS Support Officer (Job Share) (Neath College)

To provide expert support and training for College staff on behalf of the Business and Information Systems department, including regular travel to Afan, Brecon, Llansamlet, Newtown, Llandarcy and Pontardawe Campuses.

Rate of pay: Scale 3, Points 17 - 20, £19,895 - £21,291 per annum, pro rata equivalent to £9,947 - £10,645 per annum.

Hours of Work: 18.5 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Contract: Permanent, part time.

Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject and have relevant experience. You should also hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT Literate to level 2 (with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel). Experience in using Management Information Systems is essential. Experience of working in an FE environment would be advantageous.
