Lecturer/Course Manager in Arboriculture
37 hours per week, permanent
Up to £29,819 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Arboriculture with a background in trees and woodland management, forestry and/or general arboriculture to join our Horticulture team at York. We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for the delivery of Arboriculture qualifications and course management of a group of students. Sector experience and knowledge specifically in arboriculture and/or further education would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will deliver a range of units and levels across our provision, receiving high-quality teacher training and personal development opportunities.
With experience in the Arb industry and a passion for what you do, you may not have experience in teaching, but must be willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment that is exciting, engaging and rewarding. Above all, you will be ready to learn and keen to positively influence the future of our students.
