Up to £33,264 per annum (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic lecturer to join our HE Agriculture Team. You will have the qualifications and industry experience to deliver courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate degree level. This is a rewarding opportunity to work on our campus at Sparsholt Hampshire and we aim to recruit someone looking to excite and develop the next generation of students to work in agriculture. Our working farm is set within 126 hectares with a further 134 hectares at another nearby site. The facilities provide a first-class location for our higher education students to learn about the subject and undertake research.
In addition to teaching, there may be opportunities for research, or to study towards a research degree whilst employed. You will have an appropriate post graduate qualification with the ability to support students in research activities alongside relevant industry experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in crop production and an understanding of farm business and finance. The post holder will also hold, or be willing to attain, a recognised teaching qualification.

This position is based at the Sparsholt campus.
