 Lecturer: Creative, Visual and Performing Skills and Welsh Baccalaureate (Neath College)

To carry out a range of teaching duties and administration associated with the delivery and management of students’ learning programmes.

Rate of Pay: Associate Lecturer Scales 1 – 4, £21,506 - £25,380 per annum, pro rata. Main Grade Scales 1 – UP1, £27,382 - £39,357 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers).

Hours of Work: Band A. Annualised hours 699.6 – 835 (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

Contract: Permanent, flexible fractional contract.

Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a level 6 qualification (e.g. Degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, have relevant experience and hold a teaching qualification. You should also hold a level 2 qualification in Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2. Assessor/Verifier Awards would be advantageous.
