Learning Support Assistants
Required as soon as possible
We are looking for two fantastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team
LSA - 32.5 hours a week, 8:30am – 3:30pm term-time
You will support both individuals and small groups of children with their learning. For this, you will need patience, resourcefulness and have high expectations of learning and behaviour. You should also be enthusiastic and have good communication skills, with a genuine passion for children and what motivates them. Previous experience of supporting children with additional needs is a preferred but is not essential
Early Years LSA – 14.75 hours per week,
8:45am – 3pm Monday & Tuesday, 8:45am – 12 on Wednesday
We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join our team for 14.75 hours a week in our oversubscribed, well established nursery provision.
As part of the nursery team you will support our children’s learning journey with patience, resourcefulness and high expectations of learning and behaviour. You will be enthusiastic and flexible, with good communication skills and a genuine passion for children and what motivates them. The successful applicant will work under the guidance of the Nursery leader.
NVQ 3 or above in Childcare and Education is desirable.
Salary: Kite Academy Pay scale, Tier 2 £19,773 - £22,526 FTE depending on experience
32.5 hours/week = £15,216 - £17,335 actual annual salary
14.75 hours/week = £6,906 - £7,867
Permanent contracts - 39 weeks including 5 INSET days
