We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a one year fixed term basis to join our hardworking and dedicated staff team.

Your opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Learning Assistant to join our team. Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience of working with children. They will play a key role in individual and small group support for identified children with additional needs.

The successful individual will support the Class Teacher in the teaching and welfare of the assigned individual, ensuring they attain the targets set.

This will be a part time and fixed term contract working between 9am and 3.15pm.

The Details

Hours: 28.75 hours per week – 9am – 3.15pm, 39 weeks of the year (term time plus INSET days including mandated training).

Salary: Associate 2 : FTE : £19,300.00

Pro Rata: £13,259.88

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3.15pm (5.75hrs daily)
