BCA have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join the Creative Arts team on a full time, term time only basis.

Learning Support Assistant – Creative Arts
This is a great opportunity to offer in-class and, in some instances, out of class support to learners with a range of learning needs. Working alongside specialist tutors and vocational lecturing staff, you will provide an outstanding learning experience for our students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
You will have knowledge and awareness of a variety of approaches to supporting learners. Experience of similar work with post-16 learners and/or supporting students with GCSE Maths & English would be useful. You will have a can-do attitude, a positive outlook, be flexible in your approach to working with different students and staff, be willing to give new challenges a go and seek personal development. It would also be preferable if you would also have a background or interest in Creative Arts or Media.
Please note this is a term time only role for 38 weeks a year, full time for 37 hours per week.
