Forge Wood Primary School has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Inclusion Leader to join our growing school.
We are looking for our ideal leader to establish systems and processes under the guidance of our SENDCo, developing our growing team of Learning Assistants to ensure that every child is provided with effective individual support, targeted interventions and are fully included within our amazing new school.
The successful candidate will also support the families and wider communities of Forge Wood Primary School ensuring excellent attendance and signposting to local services and support for the wellbeing of the child and wider family network.

Our growing school within the Forge Wood development in Crawley, now has children on roll from Reception to Year 6. Our core purpose each day is to secure the highest standards of education for our pupils and to ensure that they receive the preparation they need for their futures, helping them build the resilience and character they need to make a success of their lives.
Relationships between our staff and pupils are excellent, characterised by mutual respect and high expectations of everyone in our community. Our ethos is underpinned by aim to Aspire, Explore, Achieve. Salary: Associate 3 £20,500 FTE
Pro Rata: £9798 (based on 20 hours a week)
Hours of work: 20 hours a week (ideally over 5 days a week), Term time only
