The HR Team provide guidance and advice to all staff on various HR topics such as; wellbeing initiatives, learning and development, changes to terms and conditions and employee relations. Each member of the department has contact with all the stakeholders within the school. Recruitment and compliance are a big part of the HR team’s work and the role of HR coordinator is essential in ensuring the school fulfills safer recruitment regulations and attracts, recruits and retains the best staff.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for undertaking Administration and Co-ordination of HR and Recruitment activities to support to the Whole School, working closely with the Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager to deliver the Schools Human Resources Agenda.
