BCA College have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and dynamic candidate to join our team of Horticulture department on a full-time basis as a Horticulture Technician who will maintain and upkeep the areas for Horticulture, ensuring that the learners’ experience is both positive and rewarding.

Horticulture Technician

We are looking for someone who will work with the Curriculum Director and the teaching teams to prepare resources for all courses including but not limited to FE learners, Adult learners, leisure courses and Apprenticeships.

We seek someone who has good communication skills and experience of dealing with the staff, students and the public in essential, together with the ability to work effectively within a team.
