• Salary: Surrey P6 £26,080 - £28,617 per annum (FTE)
• Working hours: 32.5 hours per week, 08:30-15.30, Monday to Friday, term time only + inset days
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic HTLA to join our friendly and supportive team.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach and complement the professional work of the teachers by taking responsibility for delivering agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve routine planning, preparing and delivering agreed learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes and monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupil’s achievement, progress and development. They should also be experienced in working with children with Special Educational Needs. The position also includes lunchtime supervision and the candidate will need to be flexible to work across the three sites if required.

• excellent communication skills – verbal and written (GCSEs - English & Maths at Grade C or above)
• a ‘can do’ attitude and be passionate and committed to the wellbeing of our pupils
• the ability to work using their initiative and often under pressure
• the ability to form excellent professional relationships with all stakeholders
• the use of initiative and be flexible to meet the needs of the school
