The Olympus Academy Trust is seeking to appoint two Headteachers at Bradley Stoke Community School and Winterbourne Academy. We are seeking two inspirational Headteachers, capable of delivering educational and leadership excellence. The successful individuals will lead by example and will have the skills, experience and desire to take Bradley Stoke Community School and Winterbourne Academy on a trajectory of continuous improvement.
Our Headteachers are pivotal to the continued development, growth and reputation of our Trust and we very much look forward to welcoming and working with the successful candidates. Many Multi-Academy Trusts lay claim to being unique. We believe Olympus has some very compelling and distinctive elements as a sponsor, and that our roles really do present exciting and different opportunities. One of our unique selling points is our geography – all our schools are in close proximity to one another within South Gloucestershire at present.
We would welcome applications from experienced Headteachers but also from aspiring new Headteachers. The Trust will flex support for a new Headteacher to match the needs and prior experience so please apply if you think you are ready for an exciting challenge in the context of a local multi-academy trust with a positive reputation in its local communities.
Visits to the schools and/or a Teams call with the Trust’s executive leadership for prospective candidates are both recommended and warmly welcomed. If you have not been considering a move, why not come and visit us and find out about this great opportunity? To make arrangements for a visit or a Teams call to find out more, please contact Matt Wall, Olympus Head of HR.
