We are a successful independent school who are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional who will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team taking responsibility for Human Resources.

This is an excellent opportunity to look after approximately 100+ employees, allowing you to truly get to know our people and provide a personalised service. With one direct report, you are expected to multi-task, leading both the strategic HR objectives as well as being hands-on with the data processing/admin aspects within the department. The post holder will need to be someone who can operate effectively in a developing and changing workplace and capable of motivating others to embrace change as the school looks to implement corporate best practices into this environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary circa £60k based on qualifications, skills and experience. Salaries are reviewed annually on 1 September.

Working Hours – 52 weeks a year, 40 hours a week over 5 days with one-hour unpaid lunch break. The School is able to offer some flexible working in this role as long as key delivery targets and needs of the job are met.
