About the Role

Ensuring our students are safe, effective learners and well supported, this role focuses on providing high quality pastoral care. Our Heads of House are responsible for monitoring and supporting students with attendance, behaviour and safeguarding. Each House has its own unique ethos and distinguishing colours/uniform which creates a sense of community and belonging for our students.

Working with key stakeholders—both internal and external, you will support and guide students to achieve their potential, both academically and personally. As a DSL, you will also ensure our child protection procedures are implemented to support those student who need us most.

You must be an inspirational teacher who is patient, enthusiastic, and have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student. With high academic and behavioural standards, you will have the integrity to exercise sound judgement.
