Melksham Oak Community School is a large, thriving 11-18 secondary school where students of all abilities, aptitudes and social backgrounds are nurtured, encouraged and challenged to achieve their best.

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher with the experience to step up into a Head of Faculty position in our school to lead the PE department.

The PE department is a well-established, enthusiastic and passionate team who are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for all out students. We are fortunate at Melksham Oak to have fantastic state of the art facilities, both inside and out. PE is a very popular subject at all key stages. Sport Studies (Cambridge National Award) is regularly over-subscribed at KS4 and the Sport and Physical Activity course (Level 3 Cambridge Technical) is popular at KS5.
