A fantastic opportunity has arisen to lead on the development and improvement of the catering, regulations and line management services across the Lionheart Educational Trust, whilst ensuring that the Trust meets statutory requirements for food standards and health and safety. You will be providing direct line management to Catering Managers based at our eight in house catering schools.

Lionheart Educational Trust is made up of a family of fourteen schools, five primary schools and nine secondary schools throughout Leicester and Leicestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Trust with staff benefits including over 23% employer pension contribution, Health Care/Salary Sacrifice Schemes, onsite gym, parking and more!
