About the role:

West London College) has an exciting opportunity to head up the Apprenticeship programmes across all sectors, providing a positive, proactive approach that delivers outstanding outcomes for apprentices and employers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward quality improvements and maximising achievement, including oversight of the internal and external quality assurance processes for Apprenticeship provision. This is a great opportunity to lead cross-college apprenticeships and training areas to positively impact the strategic direction of the provision.

Applicants will be passionate about Apprenticeships and have a strong track record of ensuring apprentices receive an outstanding experience. They will have the leadership skills to drive and manage change and to design innovative and flexible delivery models for apprenticeship standards.
