Hours/Contract: 37 hours per week (Part time could be considered for the right candidate)

Location: The post holder will be required to work flexibly across all campuses, according to department needs

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join Brooklands College’s Finance department to support the College in this new phase. We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our small Finance Team.

The successful candidate will already have gained some experience working in a finance team managing financial accounting and reporting, procedures, double entry book-keeping and controls and audits.

As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the College finance function operates effectively and efficiently with sound financial practices, procedures and operates robust controls.

We have just introduced a new Finance system and you will be involved in developing this. You will join a small yet supportive Finance team where you will be part of embedding the new Finance systems.

This position will suit someone who enjoys being in an interesting and varied role.
