Exams, Timetable & Concessions Officer

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum.

Salary: £21,000 per annum.

Location: Dartford

You will work within the team to assist in managing the College’s examination service, ensuring full compliance with all Awarding Body regulations, taking a lead for Maths and English. You’ll be the central point of contact for the electronic timetabling, resolving rooming requests and changes to registers.

You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills, and have the ability to multi task. You’ll also have a methodical and organised approach to your work with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstratable experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential as full on the job training is provided.

In return, we’ll give you 33 days’ annual leave (including Christmas/ New Year period) plus bank holidays and you’ll be enrolled onto the Local Government Pension Scheme which also includes life assurance.
