We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our busy customer focused Estates department. You will support a proactive maintenance service which meets the needs of the college now and in the future, by being an innovate department in its approach to planned and reactive maintenance.
You will be responsible for general maintenance supporting all aspects of the estates department to included campus, grounds, accommodation, security and helpdesk functions in line with KPIs’ and SLA’s set by the college.
