St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking an enthusiastic an outstanding Drama practitioner to contribute to extensive Co-Curricular Drama provision and to be a valued member of the team. Working closely with the Director of Drama, the appointed candidate will have the opportunity to direct productions, teach at KS3, run masterclasses, and be integral to the department’s development.

This position is intended for an emerging or experienced Director who wishes to gain extensive directing experience and to develop and support new initiatives within our ambitious and creative Drama Department. 

The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the team and have the opportunity to direct students in large-scale productions, teach a limited timetable of KS3 or KS4 drama, offer masterclasses in line with their areas of expertise and be integral to the department’s growth.
