Up to £37,869 per annum (pay review pending) (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
The Digital & Innovation Lead role is integral to the College’s vision to provide an outstanding learning experience for all learners across the College group. An excellent communicator and outstanding practitioner with proven leadership skills, you will work across Sparsholt College Group at all levels to identify and implement opportunities for embedding, improving and enhancing the College Group’s digital strategies, while also contributing to the development of innovative practice and wider resources across its curriculum offer.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake an amount of teaching as part of this post – which could be part of the College’s digital Study+ (enrichment) offer however opportunities may be available to teach in other curriculum areas. Please outline on your application form your area(s) of teaching specialism which may be considered.
This is a cross-campus role and will require the successful applicant to work out of both Sparsholt and Andover campuses as appropriate, therefore candidates should have excellent time management and organisation skills.
