About the role:
West London College are looking for a Data and Funding Team Administrator to join the MIS department in delivering an excellent service. If you are as committed, driven and enthusiastic as we are to ensure an outstanding experience for the learners we serve we would love to hear from you.
As a Data and Funding Team Administrator you will be assisting in all areas of Management Information Systems in order to gain and maintain knowledge on processes and procedures throughout the learner journey. You will be contributing to continuous personal and departmental development as you will implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of learner record data and ensure the data is held in compliance with ILR and audit requirements.
The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach in assisting the MIS Manager in managing the learner records data so that accurate and timely funding returns are produced ensuring the College maximises it’s funding and for accurate and complete statistical performance reporting purposes. As well as being an experienced, confident and accomplished administrator you will possess excellent IT, team working, numeracy and literacy skills required to deliver the role.
Previous experience of working with data within an educational environment is essential along with inputting accurate data, the ability to work under pressure to successfully meet deadlines.
