We are also the only education provider in the Liverpool City Region to pilot the delivery of the new ‘revolutionary’ technical qualifications T Levels. We are proud to serve our local community by helping people gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to reach their full potential.

Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint an individual who shares this commitment into the role of Curriculum Manager for our Building Services, Engineering, Digital and Business provision.

In this role you will manage a team of Course Leaders and Lecturers to ensure that annual key performance indicators are achieved consistently across the entire curriculum offered in your area. You will also undertake quality assurance and improvement activities relating to teaching, learning and assessment, including as part of the College’s central learning observation team.

You will be an outstanding teacher and be able to demonstrate experience of challenging staff to improve performance and implementing actions plans to support improvement. Experience of producing effective verbal and written reports which analyse curriculum performance and the ability to effectively lead and manage a number of curriculum areas to meet the College’s strategic and operational expectations are essential.
