Curriculum Leader of Drama (with ability to teach KS4 English)
MS / UPS plus TLR £4,784.00 per annum
Required for January 2023

We are transforming lives at TQEA and are looking for an inspirational leader to join us.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and forward-thinking Curriculum Leader to head our ambitious Drama faculty. At TQEA Drama plays a distinctive role in the curriculum at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. It is a subject with a popular extended curriculum offer with Drama and Musical Theatre attracting the most interest amongst students each week. The academy has a proud tradition of delivering a high-quality school performance each year. Students and parents still reminisce fondly about the wonderful Matilda performance that was delivered in Spring 2020. Now that we are emerging out of the pandemic we are excited to be able to offer face to face performances, but were delighted to record a remote performance last Christmas!!!

As Curriculum Leader, you will have well developed leadership skills to build upon the department’s current achievements as well as having the ability to think outside the box to ensure students are eager to learn.
