COVER LEAD – DUNRAVEN SECONDARY PHASE

Job Description: Cover Lead

Reports to: Data Manager

Grade: NJC Spine Points 12 - 15, depending on experience

Contract Type: Full Time - Term Time Only

NB: The role will start at 7:00 am each day to ensure cover arrangements are in place before the school day begins.

Overall Responsibility

To ensure the effective management of short-term and long-term staff absence by organising and deploying cover supervisors, supply teachers, and teaching staff to cover lessons. The Cover Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining continuity of education for students while minimising disruption.
