We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant House Hub Co-ordinator Co-ordinator to join our dedicated Pastoral team to process students with any Pastoral concerns.

A key part of the role will be to establish the facts by collating a written statement, helping to calm, comfort and support the student, helping the student to reflect upon the situation, work with the Extended Leadership Team/HOH Hub Co-ordinator and to decide the most appropriate next steps for the student, ensuring incidents are property recorded on the system.
The successful candidate will need strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a strong rapport with young people.
