This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in an inclusive and forward-thinking school at the heart of the local community.
The role is for a fixed term of 2 years, although we would consider a permanent appointment for the right candidate. This will suit somebody who already has some experience of school leadership and is keen to take the next step.
You will be joining a school with a strong focus on improvement and ongoing development where children are at the heart of everything we do. We are part of the Learning Partners Academy Trust, built on partnership and thriving on local schools working together.
You will have specific responsibility for a project to review and enhance our Early Years provision. The role may include a teaching commitment for up to 2.5 days per week in the first year.
The successful candidate will have:
- a proven track record of good and outstanding teaching in Early Years, able to lead by example
- experience of leading a team and developing inspiring leaders
- the ability to drive change and achieve sustainable improvement
- a desire to make a positive contribution to the school
