Additional Learning Support (ALS) Administrator

Hours: 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum.

Salary: Tier 6 - £21,000 per annum (full time equivalent).

Location: Hadlow

We have an opportunity at both our Dartford and Tonbridge campuses for an experienced administrator to work within the Additional Learning Support department.

The ALS Administrator will be the initial point of contact for staff, students, external stakeholders, or customers.

In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support with responsibilities for SEND and Exam Access Arrangements; collation of Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) consultations, organising annual review meetings and all administrative processes associated with applying for exam access arrangements. In addition, the role will also include general administrative duties such as data management, ordering resources, updating and monitoring of information, liaising with visiting professionals and contacting students and their families, as required.

To be successful in this role you will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, experienced in processing data quickly and accurately and have a methodical and organised approach to your work. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and statutory timescales whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
