We are looking for an Academic Coach of Maths.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics education and a passion for helping students succeed. You should have a proven track record of success in working with students to improve their Maths skills, be familiar with different teaching methods and have the ability to adapt to the needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
• To work collaboratively with academic staff to increase student attendance and attainment.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups within the Maths department.
• Work with teachers to support individual students to agree targets and action plans to improve the rate of progress being made in students’ learning in Maths and Numeracy.
• Support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
