Netball Coach
Accountable to the Head of Netball
Part-time, fixed-term contract
Start Date: As soon as possible
We are looking for two passionate and enthusiastic Netball Coaches who will perform a supporting role in the successful and effective running and development of Sir William Perkins's School PE Department.
Working under the Head of Netball, you will assist in the development of our School’s netball teams, leading them both local and major national events.
If you have experience of coaching, or Netball within a performance school, junior or senior programme and have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to:
• Inspire and motivate students of Netball to achieve their best;
• Understand the pastoral challenges of students of Netball and earn their confidence;
• Use coaching strategies that effectively support our School’s policies and procedures; and
• Communicate effectively to colleagues, students and parents/carers.

Your working hours would be an average of 5-10 hours a week during the winter and spring term. Coaching would usually take place between 3.45pm and 6.45pm, Monday to Friday with tournaments on Saturdays. However, exact days and times will be provided on a week by week based and will be dependent upon the fixture programme.
