· Have HLTA Status under the national TDA scheme for HLTA assessment
· Be passionate about learning and a confident practitioner

· Be knowledgeable, caring and empathetic and also firm, fair and consistent
· Enjoy engaging parents in order to encourage their close involvement in the education of heir children
· Be calm under pressure and willing to be flexible if necessary
