We are looking for an experienced teacher who may / may not have experience of working in a learning support / SEN environment to assist our Inclusion Team. South Camberley is based across three sites and benefits from being part of the Engage, Enrich, Excel Multi Academy Trust (EEEA Trust). The role is permanent and full time.

The purpose of the Deputy SENDCO is 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for somebody who has aspiration to become a full-time SENDCO.  The Deputy SENDCo will support the SENDCo / Inclusion Manager in ensuring effective inclusion for all children with additional needs.

The Deputy SENDCo will secure improved outcomes in learning, achievement and behaviour for all pupils with special educational needs through the promotion of an inclusive environment, effective communication across the school, communication with pupils, staff, families and external professions and the implementation of effective intervention strategies.

The Deputy SENDCo will be assist in developing an effective and collaborative team of learning support assistants through effective deployment, communication and training.

We are looking for someone who:

Will work creatively and effectively with the Executive Headteacher, Senior Leadership and Inclusion Teams to drive school improvement
Has made an excellent contribution in the learning and progress of pupils and who is able to use their skills and knowledge to develop colleagues in improving teaching and learning
Possesses an unrelenting drive and genuine commitment to raise standards of achievement through the development of outstanding teaching and learning
